Dia Beacon
One hour North by train from New York City and located in a rehabilitated factory along the Hudson River, Dia Beacon features an outstanding collection of minimalist art from the likes of Robert Smithson, Donald Judd, Walter de Maria, and others. Currently hosting an major retrospective on the work of Carl Andre.


Long Dock Park, Beacon NY
Designed by Reed Hilderbrand, one of the leading landscape architecture firms in the United States, in collaboration with ARO (Architecture Research Office). The project has won numerous design awards, including an Honor Award for Architecture from the American Institute of Architects.

Storm King Art Center
This well-known art park includes works from Richard Serra, Andy Goldsworthy, Maya Lin, Isamu Noguchi, and Claus Oldenburg, among others. A rental car would be needed to travel from Dia Beacon to Storm King.
